Who we are
This website is operated by Armenia Guided Tours ("we"). This notice explains what personal information we collect through armeniaguidedtours.com and how we use it.
What we collect
When you send a tour request or contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, optional phone or WhatsApp number, preferred dates, number of travellers, preferred language and your message. We also record which page the form was sent from and the tour you selected.
How we use it
We use these details only to reply to your request, prepare an itinerary and quote, and arrange the services you ask for. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Vercel. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through a transactional email provider (Resend). These providers process data on our behalf. If you proceed with a trip, we share only the details needed with the drivers, guides or accommodation involved.
Analytics and cookies
If analytics are enabled, we use Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager only after you accept analytics cookies. Analytics events record actions such as "form submitted" or "WhatsApp link clicked" and never include your name, email, phone number or message. Your choice is stored in your browser.
How long we keep data
We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting trip, and for reasonable record-keeping afterwards. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, by contacting us through the contact page. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

We will update this notice if our practices change. The date below shows when it was last revised.
